If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we have a clear and straightforward policy to guide you.

Our Policy at a Glance

You may return or exchange an item within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In its original, unused condition.
  • In the original packaging.
  • Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (e.g., your order confirmation or receipt).

How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at returns@rockettfurniturekenya.com within the 14-day return period. Please include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Wait for Confirmation: Our team will review your request and get back to you with instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Arrange Delivery: You will be responsible for the cost and arrangement of returning the item to our Nairobi warehouse. We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

Your furniture is carefully inspected before it leaves our workshop. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery).

  • Take photos of the damage, including the packaging.
  • Email the photos and a description of the issue to returns@rockettfurniturekenya.com.
  • We will arrange for a free repair or replacement, at our discretion, as quickly as possible.

Non-Refundable Items

Please note that certain items are not eligible for a refund or return:

  • Items that have been assembled, used, or show signs of wear.
  • Custom-made or bespoke furniture orders.
  • Items purchased during a final sale or clearance event.
