Returns & Exchanges
At Rockett Furniture, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order for any reason, please review our policy below for instructions on how to proceed.
Returns Window
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. The item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Items marked as final sale
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items that have been assembled or used
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these simple steps:
- Contact our customer service team at info@rockettfurniture.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send the item.
- Securely pack the item in its original packaging and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the same process as a return and place a new order for the item you would like.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately upon delivery. Provide your order number and photos of the damage, and we will work with you to find a solution, which may include a replacement or a full refund.
