Good delivered from Rocket Furniture Kenya should and are campanied with an official invoice or delivery noted. We allow return of faulty items within 1-7 days from the day of delivery.
We Also issue 6months warranty for any industrial damage on goods purchased from our company and delivered by our personnel/vehicle.
We won’t acount for any damages done by third parties.

1.introduction
At Rocket Furniture Kenya, we want you to have a positive experience everytime you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return the items you have purchased. This returns & refunds policy sets out our conditions for accepting returns and issuing refunds for items purchased on Rocket Furniture Kenya, on behalf of our sellers. It also sets out when we will not accept returns or issue refunds.

2.Return period and Condition for acceptance of returns
Subject to the rules set out in this returns $refunds policy , Sellers on Rocket Furniture Kenya offer returns for most items within 15 days of delivery;and within 15 days of delivery for official store items only. (The Returns Period)we do not accept returns, for any reason whatsoever, after the ruturns periods has lapsed. This does not affect your legal rights against the seller. You may return items purchased on Rocket Furniture Kenya within the return period, for reasons listen below.

a)I changed my mind-(Goods once delivered as specified can’t be returned.

b)size is correct but doesn’t fit as expected -(Desks&tables only. You can switch the product but the money paid is non refundable.

c)item stopped working well after usage -(all products categories)

d) item received broken or defective -(all product categories)

e)Item received with missing parts or accessories -(All product categories)

f)item received used or expired -(All product categories)

g)item seems to be fake/unauthentic-(All product categories)

h) Wrong item/colour/size/model -(All product categories)
